Elevator to 616:  there is one elevator for the building which is at the front entrance – take lift to the 6th floor and turn right once you are out of the elevator and walk along to number 616 – it faces the mountain.  If you are fit there are stairs on each corner of the building.

Parking: there is a tandem parking bay (one in front of the other) which is the same number as the apartment (616).  Entrance to the parking is around the back of the apartments off St Andrews Road.

Air conditioner (loft bedroom) good for cooling the whole apartment on very hot days or nights.

Hair dryer in loft bedroom.

Kitchen:  fully equipped with fridge & freezer, washing machine, electric oven and hob and microwave. Iron and ironing board supplied with portable clothes hanger to dry smalls. Start-up soap powder and dish washing liquid.  Basic condiments supplied.

Bathroom:  shower, toilet and wash stand with heated towel rails as well as start-up toilet paper, soap, shampoo and body lotion.
